The Summit Cafe was
established in June of 2009 at the NE corner of Waterloo and Coltrane in north Edmond, OK. We offer a great selection of quality Breakfast and Lunch items. We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 6am-2pm. We also offer free Wi-Fi in a cozy environment with wall outlets available at most tables.
